"Decent, but I wasn’t totally convinced at first"
I’ve been trying Freeletics as a beginner, i was a little suspicious at first because it kind of throws you in without much hand-holding. Some of the workouts felt way too hard for my level, and I had to pause a bunch just to get through them. After a few days it did start to make more sense and felt a bit more manageable, but I still think they could explain things in a simpler way for people who are just starting out

i mean, it tracks my workouts fine and does what I need on a basic level, but the progress stats feel a little too simple. I’d really like to see clearer charts and a better workout history. It’s not bad, just kind of average.

"I thought I might get bored…"
I thought I might get bored after a while, but no, actually, the more I use it, the more I notice there’s always something different to check out

"Decent value, though I’m a little wary of the repetition"
I’ve been using freeletics for a few months now, for the price, it feels fair. The workouts are tough, and I like that I can do them without needing a gym or extra equipment. That said, I’m a bit suspicious of how some of the plans start to feel kind of repeated after a while, like maybe it’s not as personalized as it makes itself sound. Still, it’s way cheaper than going to classes or hiring a trainer, so overall I’m happy enough with it.

"Heads up: useful for meal planning, but a bit repetitive"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about using Freeletics mainly for the food guidance: it’s actually been helpful for planning meals and not feeling like I’m guessing all the time. The meals are easy to follow, which I appreciated. That said, don’t expect a ton of variety, some of the recipes start to feel repetitive after a while. Overall, it’s useful, but worth knowing that before you sign up.

"The app does help here and…"
The app does help here and there, but the workouts feel kind of random for my fitness level. Some are too easy, others feel like they came out of nowhere, so it’s been frustrating to use consistently. I was expecting something more personalized, and at this point I’d really appreciate some kind of credit or compensation for the inconvenience.

"I asked for a refund and…"
I asked for a refund and ended up getting it after a few days. It was kinda a short wait, but everything worked out in the end, so fair enough.

"I was hesitant to pay for another fitness…"
I was hesitant to pay for another fitness app because I hate signing up for things and then feeling like I’ve thrown money away. But Freeletics has been fair price-wise. I went with the yearly plan, and compared to what I’d lose each month on a gym membership I barely use, it feels like a much better deal. No surprise charges so far, and I like being able to work out whenever it fits my day. For the money, I’m really happy with it. 5 stars from me.

"Easy to Follow at Home"
I’ve been really happy with how clear the workout instructions are. I don’t have to pause and guess what I’m supposed to do next, which makes working out at home so much easier. I also like having the emails/receipts to look back on if I need to double-check anything. Overall, it’s been super straightforward and easy to stick with

It did take a little while, so I wasn’t totally sure at first how things would go, but in the end they did help me out and got it handled.

"Not really the knee-friendly plan I hoped for"
I tried Freeletics because I wanted to get stronger without messing up my knees, but it didn’t really fit what I needed. The app asked about my goals, which made me think the plan would be more tailored, but the workouts still felt way too intense and kind of random. Some sessions were okay, but I kept having to swap exercises or skip stuff because it didn’t feel right for my knees. Also, when I needed help or answers, waiting in the queue was frustrating. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me the coaching just didn’t match my actual goal.

I was kind of relieved and pleasantly surprised that there were no surprise charges. Everything was clear from the start, and what I expected to pay was exactly what I ended up paying. Always nice when things are that straightforward.

I wasn’t a fan of the training plan. Miss a day? Want to switch things around? It gets messy fast. Just doesn’t fit normal life very well

"Hard to follow for the price"
I wanted to like this, but some of the demo angles make the exercises hard to follow. I had to pause and rewind a bunch just to figure out the right form, which gets frustrating. For what I paid, I was hoping the instructions and camera views would be a bit clearer.

"Good idea, but felt a bit risky"
I liked the workouts at first and the app seemed motivating, but it felt like it pushed me too hard too fast. A few of the excercises didn’t feel super safe without someone checking my form, and after a couple sessions my knee started hurting. There is some warmup stuff, but not really enough guidance if your not already in decent shape. Maybe it’s fine for people who already know what they’re doing, but as a beginner it felt like the injury risk was kinda high...

"Good results, but I wanted clearer instructions"
I’ve definitely lost some fat and feel stronger than when I started, so I’m happy with the results overall. I just wish the instructions had been a bit clearer along the way, because there were a few times I wasn’t totally sure if I was doing everything right.

"Really frustrating to lose progress"
The app crashes often, and every time it does, I end up losing my training progress. It’s frustrating because people put real time and effort into this, and it doesn’t feel right to have that wiped out because the app isn’t stable. I like the idea, but it needs to be more reliable.

"A Nice Boost When I’m Feeling Drained"
I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, but this community helps keep me going each week. It’s nice having that bit of motivation and support to look forward to.

These workouts are no joke, which is what I was looking for. I definitely remember feeling great afterward… and somehow conveniently forget the part where I’m cursing at my phone halfway through. They’re hard without feeling impossible, and the challenge is exactly what keeps me coming back

"Freeletics has helped me stay a..."
Freeletics has helped me stay a little more motivated, especially on days when I’d normally talk myself out of working out. Having a plan already set up makes it easier to just open the app and get started.

The accountability part is okay, but I wish it checked in more when I miss workouts. It’s still easy to ignore, and when I tried asking support about it, I got transferred around instead of getting a straight answer, which was annoying.

Overall, it’s decent and I still use it, but for the price I expected a bit more support and follow-up. It’s not bad, but it’s not amazing either.
