"BE CAREFUL WITH THE AUTO-RENEWAL"
BE CAREFUL WITH THE AUTO-RENEWAL! Specially when they bump up the price after a year for an already expensive service. No reminder is sent and they will treat you like garbage for asking for a refund. They charged 94 euros for the basic version.

The app is not great, mostly (and rarely) used it to get some warm-up ideas. Cluttered interface, workouts are not progressive, hard to get mixed equipment programs (customization requires you to come up with the entire routine, might as well search for a routine online instead of paying for this) Wanting to change workout programs does not transfer your progress. The good: short exercise video clips showing how an exercise is done.

"Absolute scum of a company"
Absolute scum of a company. I'd previously used this app a year or 2 ago and enjoyed it. So I started again this year but only used it for about a week then stopped. I completely forgot that it automatically renews until today when Ā£44 was taken out of my account. I hadn't budgeted for this sum of money to be taken and it's left me in a position where I can't afford food until I next get paid. I explained this to Freeletics and they have declined to refund me despite the fact that it only renewed TODAY. A fitness and wellbeing app that is happy to leave people to starve as long as they receive their money. Stay well clear, these are complete scum.

"Almost perfect"
I am using Freeletics for a month or so. Overall, the app is great. It has a quite stylish UI and color schema. One of the best features I like is the videos of exercises with humans. Not some ugly cartoon amimation in the most of similar apps. It looks way more professional and expensive I would say. At least there was no time I wanted to return my subscription money back. Scoring and levels for completed workouts reminds me some computer game. It's fun šŸ˜ƒ What I am missing is Garmin (and other) smart watches integration. Or maybe I just couldn't find it...I hate to run with smartphone šŸ˜ž You run with watches, then connect it to your smartphone at home and all running stats are in Freeletics. This is how it should be I believe. Finally, it's great value for the money. Thanks šŸ‘

"This company is unscrupulous"
This company is unscrupulous. I signed up for 6 months and in the small print they say that automatically renew membership. They do not inform you before hand. They do it cynically to steal your money.

"Read the small print."
I paid for a 6 month subscription. In the small print they renew automatically. They do not inform you before the renewal date. Unscrupulous robbers in my opinion. Unprofessional and deceitful.

"Ghost auto-renewal (ā€¦and the app is not great)"
Like many other complaints, the auto renewal is on by default, no reminders, no transparency (and with a 50% price increase). This is a really foolish way to do business - thereā€™s an expression to ā€œcut your nose to spite your faceā€ā€¦

Here goes another customer to another platform (please save your time posting any reply to this, weā€™ve discussed enough via email already - the multiple reviews on the same matter suggest your time would be better spent reworking your customer retention/care policies instead)

"Poor workouts and usual auto scam"
As with many other reviews, trialled the app. Workouts arenā€™t particularly well structured with most seeming to be randomly put together with little thought into progress. Lots of shiny looking things about the app but in all honestly you can get better workouts from online for free.
Like many caught out by the auto renewal with no notification and the T&Cā€™s that you actually only get a refund for a new membership which apparently it isnā€™t when you finish the free trial period and then they take your money. Just avoid the inevitable pain trying to cancel when you realise it isnā€™t that good and donā€™t bother even trialing it.

"Well planned and fun but could be better"
Well planned and fun workout journeys , the motivation you are looking for. Awsome for getting into shape. But I think most of the journeys lacks core workouts ( usually just one exercise) .Journeys needs to include longer and more complex ab workouts. And workouts could be longer ( up to 1.30 hours rather than 1 hour). Most of the journey workouts takes below 1 hour sometimes around 30 minutes which is short, come on , I want to workout more ! :). Currently doing dumbell journey.

"Avoid ā€“ another automatically renewing subscription you didnā€™t ask for"
Avoid ā€“ another automatically renewing subscription you didnā€™t ask for

I signed up for 3 months and was completely unaware this meant pre-approving and endlessly renewing subscription.

I didnā€™t find the app useful for training and didnā€™t use it at all. Despite challenging the autorenewal of Ā£55 with a few hours of it leaving my account, they wonā€™t refund the money.

To me, it doesnā€™t seem fair charge someone for something they never used, have no intention of using going forward, without making it clear in advance thatā€™s what is going to happen.

"The app takes all the planning andā€¦"
The app takes all the planning and micromanaging out of my way and I just simply follow the program and that's what I was looking for.
I love all the customisation options that fit into my daily life.
I'm really happy with the app

"Amazing way to keep your workouts interesting"
I was getting really bored of traditional strength training at the gym and really wanted something that would excite me again, but also donā€™t have the money for a full on trainer nor the time to plan it all myself.
So, I have to say that purchasing the Freeletics membership has been so worth it. I love having a workout plan set for me, but I love even more the fact that it learns from my feedback as I progress! Loving it so much!

"Whole product is a scam"
I signed up for their app on Apple's app store where Freeletics says twice that they have a 14 day money back guarantee. I was expecting a tailored workout experience based on what their marketing promised, but instead got a blanket workout program that I had to pick and choose myself. I didn't think it was worth the money, so I requested a refund within the 14 days, which was denied. Freeletics says they don't control Apple billing - so why offer the money back guarantee if you can't actually follow up on your promises?

I get better workouts from YouTube videos that I choose
